These terms apply to orders placed on nordicup.eu and to the use of this website. Please read sections 7 and 8 before ordering: every order is printed with your design, so it cannot be cancelled once paid and cannot be returned.
1. Who we are
nordicup.eu is a brand of Nordipack, MB, company code 307636484, VAT number LT100020570812, registered at Dubysos g. 21, LT-53478 Kaunas, Lithuania.

2. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to business customers and to consumers (private persons). Where a rule applies only to one of them, the section says so. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
3. Products and product information
All products are custom-printed with the customer’s design. Photos, colours on screen and visualisations are indicative.
Small differences in colour between a screen, the proof and the printed product are normal for printed goods, and metallic foil changes its shade with the light. These differences are not defects.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are in euro. Prices on product pages exclude VAT and include delivery to the address given in the order.
The VAT for your order is calculated at checkout according to where the goods are shipped from, the delivery country and your VAT status. The total payable, including VAT, is shown before you pay.
Products marked “Price on request” and quantities above those listed are quoted individually. A quotation becomes binding only when the order is confirmed in writing by both parties.
5. Placing an order
You place an order by completing the checkout, accepting these terms and paying. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order before production, for example if the artwork infringes the rights of others or is unlawful. In that case we refund the full amount paid.
6. Payment
Card and Pay by Bank payments are processed by Revolut; we never see your card details. A bank transfer must reach us within 3 calendar days, with the order number as the payment reference. We may cancel an order that is not paid by then.
Production starts only after the full payment has been received and the artwork proof has been approved.
7. Artwork and proof approval
You can upload your own design or have it prepared by our designer. Before production we send you a digital proof.
You are responsible for checking the proof carefully: texts, spelling, colours, logos, sizes and any required markings. Production follows the approved proof exactly. An error that was visible in the approved proof is not a defect.
By sending artwork, you confirm that you hold the rights to use it and allow us to use it only to prepare the proof and produce your order.
8. No cancellation and no returns
Every order is produced to your specification and printed with your design. For this reason, once an order has been paid it cannot be cancelled, and products cannot be returned or refunded because you have changed your mind.
For consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
This does not affect your rights if the products are defective or do not match the approved proof (section 10).
9. Production and delivery
The production time shown on the website (usually 2–3 weeks) is counted from payment and artwork approval. Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a date in writing.
Please check the delivery when it arrives. Note any visible transport damage or missing boxes on the carrier’s delivery document and let us know as soon as possible.
10. Defects and complaints
If products are defective or do not match the approved proof, email hello@nordipack.com with the order number, a description and photos. Please keep the products and packaging until we have checked the complaint.
Business customers must report defects within 7 days of delivery. Consumers can report them within the time limits set by law.
If the complaint is justified, we reprint or replace the affected products. If that is not possible, we reduce the price or refund the amount paid for the affected products.
11. Liability
For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including towards consumers. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Using this website
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be unavailable. The nordicup.eu name, logo and website content belong to Nordipack, MB or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us first. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt). Disputes with business customers are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order.
