Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the website and enquiry process only; commercial supply terms belong in the quotation documents.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Nordipack, MB, company code 307636484, registered at Dubysos g. 21, LT-53478 Kaunas, Lithuania. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Nature of this website
This website presents nordicup.eu’s custom paper cup supply services and allows you to request quotations. It is not an online shop: nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, and no contract is formed by submitting an enquiry.
3. Quotations
Quotations we send in response to enquiries are invitations to discuss a potential order. Product availability, specifications, minimum order quantities, prices and lead times are confirmed individually in each quotation and its accompanying terms. A contract is formed only when an order is confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Product information
Product descriptions on this website are indicative. Available formats, materials, print methods and quantities depend on the specification agreed in your quotation.
5. Your content
By uploading artwork or other files, you confirm you hold the necessary rights to them and grant us permission to use them solely to prepare your quotation and, if an order follows, your products. You are responsible for the content of uploaded materials.
6. Intellectual property
The nordicup.eu name, logo and website content belong to Nordipack, MB or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the website’s content accurate and the website available, but provide both „as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on website content or from temporary unavailability of the website.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data submitted through this website is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
