Ordering and quotes

How do I get a price?

Fill in the quote form with your capacity, construction, quantity and printing needs. We review your requirements and reply with suitable options and pricing. There is no charge and no obligation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Custom-printed single-wall, double-wall and embossed cups start from 1,000 pieces per design; special embossed-band formats from 5,000. Custom-printed paper lids also start from 1,000 pieces. Tell us your expected volumes and we will propose the most economical setup.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Cup pricing depends on capacity, construction, print colours, quantity and destination. A public price list would either mislead you or overcharge you — a tailored quotation does neither.

Can I order several sizes with the same design?

Yes — most customers order a size range with shared artwork. We adapt your design to each cup size’s dieline.

How do I know which cup construction I need?

As a rule of thumb: single-wall for standard counter service, double-wall where comfort and a premium feel matter, ripple for maximum grip and insulation. If you are unsure, describe your drinks in the quote form and we will recommend.

Artwork and printing

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) with outlined text are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG can work depending on the design. You upload files directly in the quote form.

I don’t have finished artwork. Can you still help?

Yes. Send your logo and brand colours, and we will tell you exactly what is needed to reach print-ready artwork — and arrange design support where it makes sense.

Will the printed colour match my brand colour exactly?

Pantone spot printing gives the most consistent result, but printed colour is always affected by the paperboard surface and coating. We explain the expected result on your proof before production, rather than promising an exact match.

Will I see a proof before production?

Always. Production starts only after you approve the design proof and the final specification.

Samples, production and delivery

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes — a sample kit can be arranged so you can test the material quality, lid fit and finish before ordering. Ask in the quote form or through the contact details.

How long does production take?

Typically 3–4 weeks from final artwork approval and order confirmation, depending on the quantity. The exact date is confirmed with your quotation.

Where do you deliver?

To businesses across Europe. Delivery terms are included in your quotation.

Who manufactures the cups?

Cups are produced through our network of selected European manufacturing partners. We match each order to the partner best suited to its construction, print method and quantity — and remain your single point of contact.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed as part of your quotation — there is no online checkout on this website. Details are confirmed before production begins.
