2. What data we collect
We collect the information you submit through our quote request and contact forms: name, company name, business email, phone number (optional), country, your paper cup requirements, uploaded files and any comments you include.
3. Why we process it
We use this information to prepare and send you a quotation, to clarify your requirements, to arrange samples, and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, such as your cart, your language choice and security. These are always on.
With your consent we also use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure which of our advertising campaigns lead to enquiries, orders, calls and e-mails. This sets Google advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au, for up to 90 days and sends Google a pseudonymous identifier together with the page you visited and the action you took. Statistics cookies, when you enable them, help us understand how the site is used.
Consent is managed with Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept, the Google tag runs without cookies and sends only anonymous, aggregated signals. You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not limit any part of the website.
5. Who receives your data
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email and stored in the website’s enquiry system. Where preparing your quotation requires it, relevant specification details may be shared with our manufacturing partners. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business follow-up, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact sales@nordipack.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
