Paper cup constructions
Every construction below is available custom-printed, in white or kraft base board. The right choice depends on your drinks, serving temperature and how the cup should feel in the hand.
Single-wall cups
One layer of high-density cupstock (250–280 gsm) with a food-contact barrier. The standard choice for counter service and the most economical printed cup.
- Sizes: 4 oz (100 ml) to 16 oz (400 ml)
- Use: everyday coffee to go, kiosks, events
- Printing: flexo, full-colour or spot colours
- Lids: 80 mm and 90 mm paper lids fit the standard rims

Double-wall cups
Dense inner board (250–280 gsm) plus a 215 gsm outer wall with an insulating air gap — comfortable with the hottest drinks, no sleeve needed, and a premium feel in the hand.
- Sizes: 8 oz (250 ml), 12 oz (300 ml), 16 oz (400 ml)
- Use: specialty coffee, cafés building a premium brand
- Printing: offset — sharp detail, no setup fee for small runs
- White and kraft outer walls

Embossed „waffle” cups
A double-wall construction with a deeply embossed outer layer — extra rigidity, a secure grip and a tactile texture customers remember. Also available as an embossed-band („tetra”) variant that uses up to 20% less material than a standard double-wall cup.
- Sizes: 8 oz (250 ml), 12 oz (300 ml), 16 oz (400 ml)
- Base finishes: kraft, black, red and colour series
- Use: hot drinks where grip and insulation matter
- Printing options depend on the embossed texture

Cold drink cups
Single-wall cups with barriers suited to cold and condensating drinks, paired with straw-hole or closed paper lids. A bio line with recycling code 21 PAP is available on request.
- Sizes: up to 16 oz (400 ml)
- Use: iced coffee, smoothies, soft drinks, desserts
- Lids: straw-hole and closed paper lids, 80 / 90 mm
- Full-surface printing

Paper lids
A paper alternative to plastic lids: tight fit, suitable for hot and cold drinks, no odour or taste when heated. Two standard diameters — 80 mm (7–12 oz cups) and 90 mm (12–16 oz cups) — in white, kraft and black series.

- Straw-hole and steam-hole lids
- Closed lids without a hole
